The Extra Mile: How CHRM is Redefining Value This Customer Service Week

Customer service in education and professional development isn’t just about answering inquiries or processing enrollments, it is about student care, lifelong career support, and building an ecosystem where every learner thrives.

This Customer Service Week, we are turning the spotlight on what “Going the Extra Mile” truly looks like at the College of Human Resource Management (CHRM) and the Premier Hub for Consultancy, Research & Human Capital Development (PHRC). Here is a look at how we have expanded access, created real impact, and continuously raised the bar for our students, alumni, and corporate partners this year.

  1. Championing Inclusivity, Mobility & Flexible Learning

True customer service means leaving no learner behind. We have intentionally invested in tools and pathways that make quality education accessible to everyone:

  • Assistive Technology for Visual Impairment: We introduced specialized devices for visually impaired learners, ensuring an inclusive classroom environment where all students have equal access to study materials.
  • Global Degrees at Your Doorstep: Through our Centre for Open and Distance Education (CODE), CHRM serves as the official overseas study centre for Indra Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU), delivering flexible, highly affordable master’s and bachelor’s degree programs for working professionals.
  • 1st Annual Scholarship Fund Walk 2026: To ensure financial constraints never block bright minds from achieving their potential, we launched our inaugural walk to raise funds for needy, deserving students.

  1. Mentorship, Free Knowledge & Career Pathways

Going the extra mile means supporting our community far beyond the final examination room:

  • 10 Free Industry Webinars: This year alone, we hosted nearly 10 free, high-impact virtual sessions addressing emerging HR trends, workplace dynamics, and regulatory shifts to keep our network ahead of the curve.
  • Structured Mentorship Program: We provide dedicated mentorship training designed to build well-rounded professionals. It is 100% free for current CHRM students, and accessible to non-students for a nominal administrative fee of Ksh 2,000 (look out for our next cohort coming in early December 2026!).
  • Active CV Referral Pool: Job seekers can drop off their CVs directly with our career desk, allowing us to actively recommend our talented alumni and students to top corporate partners seeking qualified candidates.
  • Holistic Student Life: From sports tournaments to vibrant alumni success showcases, we nurture well-rounded leaders who balance academic rigor with team building and networking.

  1. Purposeful Partnerships That Solve Real Student & Workplace Needs

We don’t just teach theory; we forge strategic alliances with industry leaders to deliver tangible, real-world value:

  • HumAIn Educational Consulting (Mumbai): Pioneering the AI Readiness for HR Professionals certification suite, grounded in the principle that “AI gives us data, but humans give us the difference.”
  • Diamond Trust Bank (DTB): Easing financial hurdles in higher education by providing CHRM students who bank with DTB direct access to student credit and tuition financing at fair, manageable rates.
  • Mutie Advocates: Partnering to help institutions and HR practitioners tackle complex data protection, compliance, and employment law hurdles.
  • Catalead Associates: Expanding our leadership development framework to equip emerging managers with practical, values-based governance skills.

  1. Expanding Our Footprint: PHRC & Executive Leadership

To better serve our expanding corporate client base, we have upgraded our physical presence and elevated our professional training offerings:

  • New PHRC Office Location: The Premier Hub for Consultancy, Research & Human Capital Development (PHRC) is officially operating from our new, ultra-accessible offices at NHC House, 1st Floor, along Aga Khan Walk in Nairobi CBD.
  • Expanded Short Courses & Corporate Solutions: We continuously introduce market-aligned short courses and customized staff training designed to tackle modern workforce challenges.
  • 10th Annual Talent & Leadership Summit: We are gearing up for our flagship gathering from November 16th–20th, 2026, at PrideInn Paradise Resort & Spa, Mombasa. Reimagined for 2026, the summit expands beyond HR to welcome CEOs, Managing Directors, Managers, SME Owners, HR Consultants, L&D Leaders, and Business Founders building future-ready organisations.

Everything we build, from our new programs and campus physical moves to our international academic partnerships, is driven by a single commitment: helping you grow, lead, and transform your career.

Inside CHRM’s 29th Graduation Ceremony

Before the official addresses began, and well before over 700 graduands were handed across the stage, St. Andrew’s PCEA Church Hall was already on its feet.

As soon as the band started playing, the CHRM mascot stormed the floor to get the crowd moving. Within seconds, formal academic robes gave way to dance moves, as graduating students, faculty, board members, and parents joined the surprise dance party. It was high-energy, unapologetic, and the exact kind of joyful noise meant to kick off the 29th CHRM Graduation Ceremony.

Held on Friday, 25th September, from 9:00 AM in the heart of Nairobi, the ceremony gathered over 700 graduands from the Class of 2026. Themed “Enabling Future-Ready Professionals For Impact,” the day stood as a testament to months of rigor, late-night studying, and complete personal transformation.

A Gathering of Leaders, Partners, and Faith

Following a solemn academic procession, the morning opened with interfaith prayers led by a Sheikh alongside Rev. Canon CPA Stephine, setting a grounded, inclusive tone for a class stepping into a complex world.

The hall was packed to capacity with parents, guardians, faculty, the CHRM Board of Directors, and industry partners who continue to stand behind CHRM’s mission. Key corporate partners, including ICEA Lion Asset Management, Safaricom, DTB, Ronalds, and KCB, among many others, were in attendance to witness the next generation of workforce leaders take the stage.

“Unlearn and Relearn”: Straight Talk from the Podium

As the celebration transitioned into formal addresses, the messages delivered from the podium offered sharp, practical wisdom for the road ahead.

The student representative opened the floor with an honest reflection on the Class of 2026’s journey, followed by remarks from the CHRM Alumni Association (CHRMAA), officially welcoming the new cohort into a network of thousands of practicing leaders across East Africa.

When the College Principal took the microphone, the advice was direct and immediate:

“The professional of today must be able to unlearn and relearn. What got you through your exams will not be enough to keep you relevant ten years from now. Stay curious, stay adaptable, and keep growing.”

Further perspective came from Dr. Tom Kamaliki, Chairperson of the Education & Training Board Committee, alongside the CHRM Board Chairman, both emphasizing that technical skills must be paired with operational discipline to build resilient institutions.

Chief Guest Dr. David Oginde: Protect Your Dignity

The defining moment of the morning came during the Keynote Address by Chief Guest Dr. David Oginde, whose address held the entire hall in complete silence.

Skipping the usual canned advice, he walked the audience through genuine moments from his own career, Dr. Oginde bypassed standard platitudes. Instead, he challenged the 700-plus graduands to anchor their careers in unwavering ethics.

“As you step into offices, boardrooms, and leadership seats, remember this: act fairly, protect human dignity at all costs, and have the courage to make sound decisions even when they are unpopular. Integrity is not negotiable.”

Celebrating Excellence & The Big Moment

With the keynote setting a high bar for the future, the ceremony shifted to celebrating top academic performers. Course by course, the best-performing students took the stage to receive award gifts, recognized by faculty and sponsors for their exceptional effort.

Then came the moment everyone had been waiting for: the official presentation of candidates and the conferment of certificates and diplomas. Row by row, graduands rose, cheered on by family members, to officially become CHRM graduates.

The formal proceedings concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks from a select graduating student, followed by a final benediction from the College Chaplain.

As the official procession exited, the band picked right back up. High-fives, tearful embraces, impromptu photos, and family celebrations filled the St. Andrew’s grounds late into the afternoon.

Congratulations to the CHRM Class of 2026! You have built the foundation, mastered the skills, and earned your place. Now step out, challenge the status quo, and make your impact felt.

Students, Parents, and New Beginnings: Inside CHRM’s September 2026 Orientation

Walking into a new college campus carries a unique mix of excitement and quiet nerves. For a new student, the big question is always, “Will I really fit in here?” For a parent sitting beside them, it’s often deeper: “Am I placing my child’s future in the right hands?”

On Saturday, 5th September, those anxieties dissolved into pure confidence as CHRM College welcomed the September 2026 Intake.

The campus came alive with an incredible mix of generations, eager students, supportive parents and guardians, frontline staff, and department managers, all gathering to mark the start of something life-changing.

A Guide for the Journey Ahead

Stepping into higher education shouldn’t feel like being thrown into the deep end without a lifeline. That was the core message delivered by our Chief Guest and Board Member, Dr. James Mwikya Reuben, PhD.

In his address to the filled hall, Dr. Mwikya reassured both students and parents that no one walks this path alone. Higher education at CHRM isn’t just about passing exams; it’s about building board-ready professionals through steady, hands-on mentorship and constant support.

How the Day Unfolded

From the moment the opening prayer set a grounded, welcoming tone, the orientation was designed to give every new student a clear, stress-free roadmap for their studies:

  • Departmental Addresses: Faculty heads and managers broke down what to expect in the lecture halls, replacing academic fear with clear, actionable preparation.
  • Open Plenary: A live Q&A session where parents and students asked real questions about schedules, career pathways, and student life, and got direct, honest answers.
  • The Campus Tour: Guided walks through the lecture rooms, library, and student spaces, helping them picture where their daily routines will take shape.

From Uncertainty to Unshakeable Confidence

By the time the afternoon wrapped up, the atmosphere in the room had completely shifted. Nerves were replaced by shared laughter, exchanged phone numbers among classmates, and a palpable sense of relief from parents who knew their investment was secure.

To our new September 2026 students: the waiting is over, and your seat is officially claimed. Welcome to the CHRM family.

Be Equipped. Be Inspired. Be CHRM.

Nurturing Wellbeing: Highlights from Our Wellness Session with Minet Kenya

On Wednesday, August 19, 2026, our team gathered for a vital Wellness Session organized in partnership with our outpatient medical cover provider, Minet Kenya. The day paired an insightful presentation on mental health with practical, on-site health screenings to ensure our team thrives both personally and professionally.

The session opened with an engaging talk by Ms. Annrose Muturi titled “Beyond Productivity: Mental Health, Stress & Work-Life Integration.” Her session offered valuable perspectives on breaking the cycle of workplace burnout. The core message was clear: mental health suffers when stress becomes chronic, recovery is neglected, and exhaustion is treated as the status quo. Ms. Muturi emphasized that true wellbeing means functioning sustainably, performing at high standards without losing yourself, and actively protecting your mind while pursuing professional success. Simply put: you cannot build a healthy life on a consistently exhausted mind.

Following the keynote, team members participated in comprehensive medical check-ups facilitated by Minet Kenya, featuring free eye screenings by Baus Optical and general health assessments by Avenue Hospital.

We extend our sincere gratitude to Minet Kenya, Ms. Annrose Muturi, Baus Optical, and Avenue Hospital for prioritizing our team’s health and vitality.

33 Mentees, 1 Incredible Journey!

There is a distinct kind of energy in a room when weeks of quiet self-doubt, hard work, and persistent effort finally pay off. On Friday, that energy was felt as 33 mentees gathered to mark the end of their journey through our Mentorship Program. What started as an ambitious group seeking career direction transformed into a close-knit cohort of confident, ready-to-lead professionals.

Mentorship is rarely just about sitting through lectures. It is about asking the uncomfortable questions, confronting real workplace roadblocks, and unlearning habits that no longer serve you. Over the course of the program, these 33 individuals did the heavy lifting, refining their skills, sharpening their professional vision, and building a circle of peers that will back them for years to come.

The room grew quiet when guest speaker G. N. Kariuki took the microphone. Skipping the usual corporate clichés, Kariuki delivered a grounded, candid address about what it actually takes to carve out a path in today’s fast-moving professional world. It was the exact dose of real-world perspective the cohort needed as they prepare to take on bigger roles.

Standing alongside the graduates were the leaders who backed this program from day one. Principal *CHRP. K Margaret K. Kinyanjui, Head of Administration Linet Chedeye, and Head of Department Simon Kachibo were there to personally congratulate each mentee. Their active presence sent a clear message that career growth doesn’t happen in a vacuum—, thrives when experienced leaders take the time to pull others up behind them.

As certificates were handed out, the applause got louder, the smiles wider, and the pride in the room unmistakable. The ceremony wrapped up, the photos were taken, and the cohort officially graduated. But for these 33 rising leaders, the real story is just beginning as they step back into their industries equipped, empowered, and ready to make their mark.

Thank You for Walking With Us

There’s a girl in Kericho who used to wake up before the sun, fetching water and getting her siblings ready before she could even open her own books. A few weeks ago, we told you her story. We called her Naliaka. She isn’t one person; she is hundreds of bright, hardworking young Kenyans whose dreams have quietly stalled at the door of an invoice they couldn’t pay.

On 27th June 2026, at Ngong Road Forest, something happened that Naliaka will probably never see with her own eyes, but will feel for the rest of her life. You showed up.

You laced up your shoes. You brought your friends, your colleagues, your families, your student IDs, and your Ksh 1,000 and Ksh 2,000 registrations. You walked through the green quiet of the forest, not for medals or photographs, but so that somewhere, a young person you will probably never meet gets to stay in school.

We are still counting the full impact of that morning, but what we already know is this: the turnout was strong, the energy was even stronger, and the CHRM Scholarship Fund is richer for it, not just in shillings, but in the number of people who chose to care about a stranger’s tuition.

To our students who came out in numbers, who walked alongside professionals and mentors and asked questions about careers and internships along the way, thank you. This walk was as much about your own growth and networking as it was about the students we’re raising funds for, and you showed up fully for both.

To DTB, whose partnership was central to making this walk the success it was, thank you. When a bank chooses to stand behind young people’s education, it says something powerful about what kind of Kenya is possible, one where institutions and individuals alike decide that talent should never be wasted for lack of fees.

To our other partners and sponsors, corporate teams, well-wishers, and organisations who walked with us, contributed, or supported quietly behind the scenes, thank you. We see you, even where we haven’t named you individually here, and we’re grateful for every form your support took.

To every individual who registered, whether you came from CHRM or another institution entirely, whether it was your first time at Ngong Road Forest or your fiftieth, thank you for believing that a few kilometers of your Saturday morning could change the trajectory of someone else’s life.

Somewhere, a Naliaka will open a letter and find that the invoice she was dreading has been covered. She won’t know your name. She won’t know you gave up a lie-in, or that your calves were sore on Monday, or that you paid your registration fee without a second thought about what it might mean for someone else. But because you walked, she gets to stay in school.

That is the whole point of the CHRM Scholarship Fund Walk, and you made it real.

We’ll be back next year, and we hope to see even more of you at the start line. Until then, thank you for walking, thank you for giving, and thank you for believing that one step really can change a life.

With gratitude,

The CHRM Scholarship Fund Team

Walking for a Purpose: CHRM Scholarship Fund Walk 2026 at Ngong Road Forest

Theme: Pamoja: One Pulse, One Future

Our steps have power when they clear a path for someone else’s future. On Saturday, June 27, 2026, the CHRM College community, partners, alumni, and friends proved exactly that during the CHRM Scholarship Fund Walk. It was an incredible day packed with energy,

purpose, and shared determination. The crisp morning air at the Ngong Road Forest Sanctuary provided the perfect backdrop as over 100 participants gathered with a singular, vital goal: to tear down financial barriers and keep deserving students in class.

100+                                     4                                                      1

PARTICIPANTS              TRAIL OPTIONS                    SHARED MISSION

The event was officially opened and graced by our Principal, Margaret K. Kinyanjui, MIHRM MKIM, alongside CHRM Board Member and Chaplain, Rev. Canon Stephine Opiyo Obong’o. Their presence and encouraging words reminded everyone that the walk was about much more than fitness, it was an investment in human capital and the next generation of professional leaders.

“Education is the greatest equalizer, but financial gaps often stand in the way of brilliant minds achieving their potential. Seeing our community, corporate partners, and alumni turn up in large numbers today shows the depth of our commitment to ensuring no student drops out because of school fees.” — Margaret K. Kinyanjui, Principal, CHRM College

The sanctuary trails offered something for everyone, featuring 5km, 10km, 15km, and demanding 21km routes. While some took on the challenge as a competitive run, stretching their limits through the forest paths, others opted for a deliberate, conversational walk, enjoying the mentorship trails while bonding with colleagues and friends. Geography was no barrier either. Those who couldn’t physically join us at Ngong Forest laced up their sneakers from different neighborhoods and towns, tracking their progress and participating virtually.

Whether in person or from afar, the collective energy was undeniable.

What made the day truly unforgettable was the incredible blend of people who showed up. The energy was driven by eager current CHRM College students, returning alumni proud to support their roots, visiting students from neighbouring institutions, and a wider network of friends of CHRM. Together, they turned a fundraising initiative into a vibrant community celebration.

An initiative of this scale thrives on collective goodwill. We are immensely grateful to our corporate sponsors and partners who stood firmly behind this cause, including Diamond Trust Bank (DTB), the Human Resource Management Professionals Examination Board (HRMPEB), and Royal Associates Insurance Brokers LTD, among several others. Equally vital were our dedicated individual sponsors, philanthropic people who reached into their pockets to support independent students. Every single contribution has gone directly into the fund, moving us closer to our goal of keeping our classrooms full and full of promise.

To everyone who ran, walked, donated, cheered us on, or shared our updates, thank you for making the 2026 Scholarship Walk an absolute success. You didn’t just walk a trail; you changed a life.

Countdown to August: Why CHRM’s CHRP Block Revision Matters

There’s a CHRP II candidate in Nakuru who has carried the same fear since April: that she’ll walk into the exam room in August, open the paper, and freeze, not because she never studied, but because the syllabus is wide, work has been demanding, and revising alone, evening after evening, has left her with scattered notes and no real sense of how it all fits together. She isn’t failing for lack of effort. She’s failing to consolidate.

She is exactly who CHRM’s CHRP Block Revision was built for.

What the Block Revision Actually Is

Block revision is precisely what it sounds like: instead of spreading revision thinly across weeks in the usual class timetable, CHRM brings students together for concentrated, intensive sessions, subject by subject, paper by paper, in the direct run-up to the HRMPEB examination series. Where a normal semester teaches content, block revision exists purely to consolidate it: past paper technique, high-yield topics, weak areas identified early, and the kind of exam-specific drilling that a scattered self-study routine rarely achieves on its own.

For CHRP candidates preparing under HRMPEB’s syllabus, whether at Part I, II, or III of the revised curriculum, this matters because HRMPEB examinations are professional, not academic in the casual sense. They test whether a candidate can apply HR principles the way a working practitioner would, under time pressure, across recruitment, employee relations, compensation, HR law, and more. That is not content you cram the night before. It is content you drill, revisit, and stress-test, which is exactly the format a block revision is designed to deliver.

Why CHRM Is Doing This Now

The August 2026 CHRP examinations are already on the calendar, and that timeline is unforgiving: it does not pause for students who fell behind during the semester because of work, family, or the difficulty of the material. CHRM’s role, as an HRMPEB-accredited institution, is not just to teach the syllabus once and send students off to sit an exam months later. It is to make sure that when August arrives, every CHRM student walks in as prepared as the curriculum can make them.

That is why block revision exists, and why we offer it deliberately and intensively in the weeks before the exam series. It is not an optional add-on. It is CHRM closing the gap between “I studied the content” and “I can perform under exam conditions,” which is, ultimately, the only gap that determines a pass. But that gap only closes for students who secure a seat in the sessions, which is why booking a place in the block revision, early, matters just as much as booking the paper itself.

What Students Stand to Gain

For students preparing for the August series, the benefit is direct: focused revision of the exact papers they are booked for, guided by facilitators who understand both the revised CHRP curriculum and the patterns HRMPEB examiners look for. Past paper practice sharpens the instinct for how questions are framed. Concentrated sessions surface gaps a student didn’t know they had, before the exam room does. And doing this alongside classmates, rather than alone at a kitchen table at 11 p.m., turns revision from a lonely grind into shared, structured momentum.

For a candidate like the one in Nakuru, that structure can be the difference between walking into August anxious and improvising, or walking in having already rehearsed what the exam will ask of her.

What It Costs

CHRM has kept block revision pricing deliberately accessible, structured per paper, per part, so students only pay for the papers they are sitting:

  • CHRP Part I: Ksh 1,500 per paper
  • CHRP Part II: Ksh 2,000 per paper
  • CHRP Part III: Ksh 2,500 per paper

The increase across parts reflects the depth of the content, Part III candidates work through denser, more applied material closer to full certification. At every level, though, the fee is a fraction of the cost of resitting a failed paper in November. Block revision isn’t really an added expense; it’s insurance on the fees already paid for the paper itself.

The Bigger Picture

CHRP certification, under HRMPEB, is more than a line on a CV. It is what allows a graduate to add the CHRP prefix to their name and stand, formally, among Kenya’s registered HR professionals. Every student who passes in August because a weak topic was caught during block revision is one more practitioner ready to walk into a Kenyan workplace and do the job properly, from day one.

That is why CHRM treats revision as seriously as teaching itself. The curriculum gets our students to the door of the exam room; block revision makes sure they’re ready to walk through it.

Booking for CHRM’s Block Revision ahead of the August 2026 CHRP series is now open. Seats fill fast in every session, so don’t wait until the week before your paper. Talk to your CHRM campus today, or reach out via www.chrm.or.ke, to secure your place.

More Than Just a Walk: CHRM Scholarship Fund Walk

Picture this: It’s September. Grace is sitting there in her gown among all the other graduates. She’s finally holding the degree she worked so hard for. But rewind a year ago, and that moment was just a pipe dream. She was staring at a final fee balance she couldn’t clear, terrified that after all those years of sacrifice, she was going to be sent home empty-handed. She’d convinced herself it was over, until you stepped in to help. That dream that she never thought would actually come true? It happened because of a little support at the right time. She might not be able to identify you by name, but because of you, she will graduate.

This is why we’re hosting the CHRM Scholarship Fund Walk. It’s not just about a 5KM or 10KM route; it’s about making sure more students like Grace don’t have to give up when they are staring at the finish line.

We’re heading to Ngong Road Forest on Saturday, June 27th, and we want you there. We’ve mapped out the trails clearly, so you can focus on the fresh air and the company without worrying about getting lost.

Why you should join us:

  • The Mentorship Trail: This is the heart of the day. We’re ditching the formal, awkward networking sessions. Instead, we’re pairing up veterans in the industry with students and those just starting their careers. Imagine a casual stroll where you can actually ask someone, “How did you get there?” or “What should I be doing differently?” It’s a space for honest, real-world advice that you can’t get in a textbook. If you’ve got wisdom to share, we need you. If you’re looking for a bit of direction, you need to be there.
  • A Little Friendly Competition: We’re using an app called Step Up to keep things fun. Download it, join the “CHRM Scholarship Fund Walk 2026” group (the link is inside the registration form), and let’s see who can clock the most steps. It’s a great way to push yourself while supporting the cause.
  • An Inclusive Space: Whether you’re a professional in the corporate world, a student from any institution, or just someone who wants to spend a morning outdoors with family, you are welcome.

The Essentials:

  • When: Saturday, June 27th, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM.
  • Where: Ngong Road Forest, Nairobi.
  • Walk Distance: Choose your challenge! Participate in either the 5KM or 10KM walk.
  • How to Join:
  • Individual: Ksh 2,000
    • Student: Ksh 1,000
    • Corporate Team: Ksh 10,000
    • Can’t join us in person? You can still make a difference! You are welcome to sponsor a participant by paying the registration fee for any of the categories above.
  • What to bring: Wear comfortable outfits and shoes, bring enough water, and pack some snacks to keep your energy up.

Registration: https://forms.gle/MWXnjYnAFeXNFbDb7

We’re aiming to raise Ksh 500,000. It’s a big goal, but with enough of us on the trail, it’s well within reach. Let’s show up, get some fresh air, and make sure more students get to finish what they started.

Inside the CHRM Sports Day 2026

If you walk around campus today, you can still feel the lingering energy from Saturday, July 4th. This year’s Sports Day was a fantastic reminder of what makes our community so special—lots of laughter, great team spirit, and a bit of healthy competition.

We kicked off the morning with a lively Zumba session. It was the perfect way to get everyone warmed up, stretching and laughing together before the main events began.

Right after Zumba, the football matches took center stage. Starting the day with football set a great tone. The games were highly competitive, with teams putting up a good fight on the pitch and the crowd cheering loudly for every goal.

Once the football wraps concluded, the track events and relay races began. The lanes were packed with energy as runners went all out for the finish line. The baton passes went smoothly, and a few of the finishes were so close they had everyone standing up to watch.

For those who preferred a test of pacing rather than a full sprint, the walk race was a major highlight. It took a lot of steady determination, and it was great to see everyone pushing through to the end.

The day also featured plenty of fun and strategy. The egg races brought out a lot of laughs as people tried to balance their eggs while moving as fast as possible. Indoors, the games were just as intense, with players focusing quietly over their boards and tables.

One of the final big events was the Tug of War. There was no mud to worry about this year—just solid ground where teams dug in their sneakers and pulled with everything they had while the sidelines erupted in cheers.

To wrap up the activities, the energy shifted to the stage for the dancing competition. Our community showed that we have just as much rhythm as we do stamina, and the performances really brought everyone together.

As the sun went down, we gathered for the awarding ceremony. Seeing the smiles, the handshakes between rivals, and the trophies being handed out made all the hard work worth it.

Congratulations to all the medal winners, and a huge thank you to everyone who participated, organized, or lost their voice cheering from the sidelines.

Until next year, let’s keep that great team spirit alive!
