Programme Overview
Leading public sector organizations is increasingly complex. The role carries multiple dimensions, with substantial and multifaceted accountabilities. As a Board Chairperson, Board Director, CEO or Senior Executive, you operate in a legislative and policy environment that determines frameworks for accountability, governance, management, policy development, and service delivery. You are also expected to serve as role models for integrity, innovation, high performance, and as key advisors to the government of the day. Today’s public sector leadership landscape is rapidly evolving, shaped by acts of parliament, shifting political dynamics, executive orders, and fast-changing economic and technological trends. This program is designed to equip leaders with advanced competencies to navigate such turbulence while steering institutions toward excellence.
