Programme Overview
The Mediation and Conflict Resolution Training Program is a practical and strategic capacity building initiative designed to equip participants with the skills, knowledge and tools required to effectively manage and resolve conflicts in organizational and community settings. The program recognizes mediation as a critical alternative dispute resolution mechanism that not only preserves relationships but also enhances organizational reputation, productivity and sustainability. In today’s complex work environments, unresolved conflict can lead to significant financial losses through legal fees, fines, damages and prolonged litigation, as well as reduced employee morale and performance. This training positions mediation and conflict resolution as a cost-effective risk management and governance tool. Through interactive sessions, real-life case studies, role plays and guided practice, participants will gain hands-on experience in facilitating constructive dialogue, preventing conflict escalation, and achieving mutually acceptable outcomes while upholding ethical and legal standards.
