Programme Overview
The HR for Non-HR Managers Program is a practical and business focused training designed to equip line managers, supervisors and functional heads who do not have a formal HR background with essential human resource management knowledge and skills. As people management increasingly becomes a core managerial responsibility, this program empowers non-HR managers to effectively handle workforce related matters while aligning their actions with organizational policies, legal requirements and strategic objectives. The program provides a comprehensive introduction to key HR concepts, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, learning and development and legal compliance.
