CHRM College officially inaugurated the May 2026 academic semester with a comprehensive Physical Orientation held at the Hazina Trade Centre. The event marked a significant milestone for the incoming cohort as they gathered in large numbers to begin their professional and academic development within the institution.
The ceremony was distinguished by the presence of Rev. Canon Stephine Obongó, a CHRM Board Member, Faculty Member, and alumnus, who provided a unique perspective on the college’s legacy and the opportunities available to the new students. He was joined by the College Principal, CHRP Margaret K. Kinyanjui, alongside members of the faculty and administration. The event also saw a strong showing of parents and guardians, whose presence underscored the community support vital to student success.
Throughout the session, the college leadership provided the new students with essential insights into the various facets of campus life. The briefings covered academic expectations, the scope of student support services, and the technicalities of admissions and examinations. Additionally, students were introduced to the diverse learning resources and professional growth opportunities designed to enhance their competitiveness in the global workforce.
Beyond the formal presentations, the orientation served as an interactive platform where students engaged directly with faculty members and staff to address specific inquiries. The day concluded with a guided tour of the campus facilities, allowing the May 2026 intake to familiarize themselves with their new learning environment.
CHRM College extends its gratitude to the staff, parents, and guest speakers who contributed to the success of the day. We warmly welcome our new students to the CHRM family and remain committed to supporting them throughout what promises to be a transformative and successful learning journey.
