A Higher Diploma in Human Resource Management (HRM) equips individuals with a diverse skill set tailored for various career paths within the field. Graduates of this program have a multitude of career options to explore. After studying HRM you may pursue roles such as HR Specialists, responsible for recruitment, selection and onboarding processes within organizations. Another avenue is HRM is Consulting, where individuals provide expert advice and support to organizations on matters such as organizational development, talent management and HR strategy formulation. Furthermore, some graduates may choose to specialize in areas such as Compensation and Benefits, Training and Development or Labor Relations, depending on their interests and career aspirations.
The programme will be delivered through lecture mode for a one year divided into 2 semesters of five months each. However, those wishing to take the Saturday class option will take 1 ½ years to complete the course.
