The responsibility for development and optimum use of people at work is part of every professional’s job.  It is imperative therefore that every working professionals should possess the knowledge, skills and attitude that are essential for effective management of people working under them. 

CHRM, in its endeavor to equip the human resource with relevant skills at the workplace has seen it fit to introduce this Executive Certificate in Human Resource Management among its menu of programs with a view to bridge this gap. CHRM expects that with this training, it will play a major role in equipping Non-HR working professionals both in the Private and Public sectors with competencies required to deliver good people management skills in their organizations.
