Training of Trainers [TOT]

Course Aims

With the ever changing customer demands coupled with upcoming technological challenges in the workplace, employees are constantly on the lookout to acquire new skills and knowledge to enable them meet these demands.

Training, therefore, continues to play a major role in enhancing the human resource capacity of organizations. It is with this in mind that the College of Human Resource Management has seen it fit to introduce Training of Trainers within its menu of programs. The college expects that with this training, it will play a major role in equipping working professionals with competencies required to deliver effective and quality on-the-job and in-house training programs.

• Those who conduct trainings in their areas of specialization.
• Professionals working in any field
• Individuals expected to make high impact presentations for marketing purposes.

Attendance Options

• 10 Half-Saturdays - 8.30 am – 1.00 pm
• 2 Weeks - Evening Classes (5:30pm - 8:00pm)
• In-House Training

Partipation Details

One can request to participate in the course online by downloading the application form from the downloads section. After filling in the form, present it together with proof of payment (Minimum 50% deposit) before class sessions commence to the Accounts office at Ufundi Coop Plaza, 4th floor.

Deposits are to be done via a direct deposit into the following bank account. (NB: No Cash payments accepted.)
